Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a shop.glamour.cz purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for shop.glamour.cz purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

Shop.glamour.cz Purchases

Shop.glamour.cz purchases can be easily returned by mail. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow four weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your purchase to shop.glamour.cz by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

Items purchased on shop.glamour.cz may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to shop.glamour.cz outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

Shop.glamour.cz is unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Shop.glamour.cz Purchases Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.

Shop.glamour.cz Returns by Mail

⋅ Provide us reason of your return. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you.
⋅ Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and shop.glamour.cz packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
⋅ Mail your return.
⋅ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
